I came in to the BMW of Loveland on a whim while my parents were in visiting and absolutely fell in love with this m235. I ended up making a great deal with James Jimenez a day later and he was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff was also very eager and excited to talk to me about owning my very first BMW. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership!

Jared was amazing! He was so helpful in the buying of my first BMW. He was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He took the paperwork back about 5 times to ensure we got the best price possible. Jared made this experience easy and the whole team was so helpful in the process as well. I can’t remember their names but the accountant employee who kept working with us for a good price was so kind! The young man who helped us set up all the features was quick to answer all questions we had and explained every detail of the cars features. This entire process was so easy. I was in and out of the dealership in 3.5 hours (not to mention they had to stay past closing time to finish the paperwork) and had no problems trading my old car in. I would highly recommend going here if you’re considering buying a BMW. Great deals on cars in todays market and even better staff. Thank you everyone!!

Sometimes going to BMW dealerships feels like a drain. BMW of Loveland was the opposite. The service advisors were knowledgeable and friendly. Loved my experience at BMW of Loveland. Instead of going to my typical dealership, I made the drive out to Loveland hoping for a better experience and they didn't disappoint. I highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 X3 from BMW of Loveland yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Kelly in sales and appreciated his communication and hard work in securing our build. We then worked with Brandon in finance who was very honest with us, very refreshing— no pressure to buy warranties or other coverage we don’t need with a brand new vehicle. Making the actual purchase was a breeze - no surprises, nothing confusing. And then we got to spend time with our BMW genius, who walked us through all the cool features of our new car and answered all of our questions. BMW of Loveland is the best place to buy a vehicle in Northern Colorado. We went in to test drive a 535i - Jacob was our salesperson, and we never once felt pressured to buy the car. It was the most pleasant buying experience. He let us discuss and decide if it was right for us, answered all our questions, helped us get the deal done and we drove it home that day. Great dealership, and I'm sure we'll be back to buy our next car from them. A+++!

Michael Rodrigues did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable, efficient and super easy to work with! Geoff is always super great whenever you need to service your vehicle! I would recommend these two to anyone who would listen!
