Capital Honda- Honda dealerships Okemos

Just purchased our 3 car from Capital Honda (we’ve leased 2 others over the years too) & yet again we received AMAZING service beginning to end. Neither my husband nor I were prior Honda owners, or ever expected to be Honda or any brand loyalists, when we leased our 1st Honda, a 2003 Odyssey. Every time we’ve needed a new car we start the process by shopping around and every time we’ve ended up back in a Honda & with Capital Honda because we can’t beat or match the quality we’ve come to expect from Honda or the service we’ve experienced at Capital Honda. Purchasing a car, sight unseen by both customer & salesperson; in this post-pandemic world was scary. Thankfully my salesperson Justin had a plan to help us work through my reservations to in make an informed decision. He arranged a test drive in recent vehicle with a similar drivetrain, accessories & ride to give us a “feel” of what the new model would be like. Together, we waded through the all of changes & enhancements we could expect before I picked a color & model. From there, all that was required was basic information to put our name on the “pre-buy” list for the car we selected. (NO MONEY DOWN was required unlike other dealerships/manufacturers we had spoke with). When the car I selected became available earlier than expected, Capital Honda was able to arrange great financing quickly. And, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, I was able to drive my new CR-V home only 20 hours after Justin’s call. We’ve only had the car a week now but the whole family loves it! I’m thrilled with our purchase & service from Justin & Capital Honda.

Hondas customer service was stellar. Starting from some bumbling over the phone questions, Nicole had no problem handling any of my concerns or anxieties. She and Honda were able to get me a great deal on my trade in and a new lease for a 2022 Accord. Thank you for the time and effort and keep up the good work!

Wow, I have to say, this Honda dealership really cares for its patrons and customers. I have worked directly with their service team and Lee Stevenson is a GEM! I had an incident where I had to bring in my Honda for service, and I worked directly with Lee. He went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. My visit involved filing a claim with my insurance company and I was totally expecting to have a huge headache on my hands, but boy was I wrong! Lee worked directly with my insurance to make sure everything ran smoothly, and when the adjuster came, he made sure all issues were addressed. When the adjuster had missed a couple of problems, Lee contacted him directly and made sure an amendment was made to my claim! Wow! I didn’t even have to do a thing! I couldn’t believe that he would go to that level to make sure I was completely satisfied. Without his help I know I would have been stressed and overwhelmed by all the hoops I would have had to jump through, but Lee took care of everything. And he was fast and diligent, and meanwhile keeping a constant line of communication between me, my insurance and the service department. This was so refreshing and unlike an experience I have ever experienced. He is truly a caring and kind person who makes sure you have all your issues handled promptly and professionally. Nicole Lutz did an excellent job finding me a car when another nearby dealer told me it was impossible. Fantastic service from Nicole and the rest of the staff. I usually keep my Honda's about 8 or 9 years but I may buy the next one sooner because I enjoyed this experience so much.

We've had our new CRV for about 3 weeks now and have truly enjoyed it and felt great about our overall purchasing experience. Nicole was wonderful in listening to what we were looking for, explaining the different trim packages available and walking us through the whole experience. We ordered a vehicle in June, she communicated with us regularly during the waiting time. The car came when she said it would. She did a great job walking us through the features. This car definitely has a lot more tech than our 2007 vehicle. Jeff did a great job walking us through the warranty options to determine the best fit for us and taking the time to explain the different options until we had a thorough understanding. This is the first Honda we've purchased. If our experience continues in the ownership phase, meaning the service department, the way it did through the purchasing phase, this won't be our last Honda. Great job!

I was fortunate to have an amazing experience with Capital Honda, and working with Justin was a blessing. I mentioned that I was looking for an SUV, and within the week he helped me look at, decide on, test drive, and purchase a car with ease. Justin gave honest suggestions to ensure that I got a quality car, and the whole process was seamless. He also generously offered incredible deals and coverage that honestly cannot be beat. My salesman Justin Hartges, was wonderful and made my car buying experience pleasant. Justin was not pushy and was true to his word on things he told me he would do. Very pleasant and helpful even after the sale. I would recommend this dealership and salesman and plan to return when the need arises. Unfortunately a couple other people were upset and missed out on the great vehicle that I ultimately bought, due to the dealer policy of not holding vehicles for anyone, but since I showed up, $ in hand ready to purchase it, I was given priority and was able to complete my purchase.

Nicole Lutz at Capital Honda went above and beyond to help us purchase our new van. She was super friendly, helpful and reassuring. Nicole helped move things along and did everything she could to help us get set up before we even showed up to pick up van. She did her best to answer any and all questions and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We appreciated her during this process. Thank you Nicole at Capital Honda!!
