We bought a new x5 from Cain and the whole process was awesome. They had a great communication and also the car arrived on time. Kudos to Paul from sales!

Bought my first BMW from here and wow what a hassle free experience and they stood behind their customer service. My wife and I couldn’t be happy with our salesman Paul Sauvain he was more than helpful and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want. He didn’t pressure us and was super patient with us when we came there and drove three different cars! I will definitely be coming back here for oil changes and service and parts! Thanks a lot Cain BMW!!

You can’t find dealers like this anymore. I bought new tires and an alignment at Cain. They nailed it. They should be your first stop. When I tell friends and family I take my BMW to the dealer, they usually give me a weird look and ask to take my temperature. Cain just seems to get it. My four tires and alignment actually came in a few hundred cheaper (yes, cheaper) than the local tire shops, and my wheel is dead-straight on the highway now.

Oct/12/21 I bought a car from this dealership in October 2020 and yesterday was my first service with their service department. I made an appointment for an oil change, cabin filter change, and air filter change. I also had a rear break service done. After the service was done, I checked the filters at home. The cabin and air filters were not replaced like they said. I called this morning to see if they could replace it the next day, Chris answered the phone and spoke to me. He told me they ran out of air and cabin filters in stock and they will call me back when it’s back in stock and was very rude and then he hung up on me. If this were true, they would have told me this yesterday as I was paying for the service. On the service paperwork, it states the filters were replaced but they were not. This dealership lost my business and lied to me. I warn you to not trust them with you cars.

Finance Manager and John were amazing! The whole experience front to back was super easy, we were out of state about 6 hours away. They gave us such an amazing deal, and the experience was well worth the drive, Will continue to talk about how great yall were! Go to Cain for all your BMW Needs, even out of state they got you covered! Trustworthy and kind people.

Saw a car I wanted and decided to give them a call, lucky for me Paul picked up the phone and quickly took care of me. He made the process super easy even though I'm in California and the dealer in Ohio. I was very sceptical this was even going to work but Paul was very responsive and showed a sense of urgency to get the car over to me. It honestly was easier than going to a local dealer, from start to finish it took 14 days for all the paperwork and for me to receive the car, that's pretty crazy fast if you ask me given the fact I'm 2300 miles away from them. I would rate this experience as excellent, and people like Paul are sure to make the experience great, he will go the extra mile for you. Thank you everyone at Cain BMW

Would not give us what our car was worth didn’t want to budge after numerous offer. Did not want our business so walked out,,,,,, FYI OUR KBB is $11056 they offered us $8500.
