This is my second purchase from Bob Smith BMW. I worked with Wayne Lewis on both transaction and with Ryan Rivera as well on my latest purchase. I can’t recommend them both enough! During these crazy Covid times I had to wait over 3 months for my 430i Gran Coupe to be built & delivered & Ryan was there holding my hand during the entire waiting period. Ryan was also there with me every step of the way when I was building my car. We made a great team & built the most amazing vehicle! It’s been a wonderful experience & I look forward to my next purchase from Ryan and Wayne at Bob Smith BMW in a few years. I recommend them highly!

I worked with Antonio from Bob Smith BMW. He’s awesome! I was looking for a particular 5 series certified pre-owned car and he found me this immaculate 2018 530i with low miles. I live two hours away from Bob Smith but it was worth the drive. I’ve bought two cars from them and will no doubt use them when we trade in our other car. This is a no nonsense dealership. Antonio made the entire process super easy talking over the phone and through email. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money with some of those other places out there. I know I’ll always be taken care of here.

I went in yesterday to buy a car, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as they exceeded my expectations. Ryan Rivera my sales man knew every answer I had for the car as well as being professional and understanding. One thing that I would say about this dealership is that you won’t feel like a fish in a shark tank like other dealers. They really seem to care about your best interest and definitely have a great team that is willing to work together. If you decide to come in I would definitely ask for Ryan Rivera. This was my third BMW purchased at Bob Smith BMW. My salesperson for this purchase was Ryan Rivera. I had been in contact with other dealers over the past year. It was impossible to obtain what I wanted. So I ended up having a 2022 230I built through Bob Smith. The process was easy. I have always appreciated the no pressure attitude at this dealership. Unfortunately, because of the situation with chips, there were no deals on price, but there were no charges above cost either, unlike some other dealers. Ryan is an excellent salesperson. He is great at follow up. He is extremely kind and patient. I had a great experience.

Hans (now at Bob Smith BMW) has been the my go-to guy for over a decade. He is honest, professional and knows the value of thinking long term. He has always given me the best deal he can, and has been rewarded with my continued patronage. WIth little inventory available to anyone during covid, he helped me custom order a magnificent car in a timely and painless fashion. Thank you Hans! My family and I are grateful to you! PS.. the dealership is great as well.. They are in a beautiful location with a nearby Sugarfish where I was able to celebrate my newest acquisition.
