My husband and I were looking for Volvos at Cars.com and Hoffman BMW of Waterbury had the EXACT car I wanted on their lot marked as a "GREAT DEAL." I sent a request for information around 10pm at night. 8am the next morning, Elena sent me an email with the CARFAX, the service report, and some other documents on the car. I asked to set up an appointment and we were able to come same day. Khaled was our sales rep and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. There was even some confusion on our part about the Audi I wanted to trade in and Elena and Khaled both very patiently worked through our own confusion with us. Once we realized our own error, I was able to discuss what I was hoping for a finance amount a month and Elena replied with "we can do that" and they did! We were able to pick the car up later that day and complete the entire sale. Our BMW genious who did our test drive with us was so kind, knowledgeable and just a joy to be in a car with! When it was time to meet with finance we met with Mike; who was by far, hands down the nicest and funniest finance guy I have EVER dealt with. Everyone was really looking out for our best interest. Even when the coffee machine seemed to be on the fritz the GM of the entire dealship goes "we'll order out if we cant get it to work and make sure to get her whatever she'd like as well." How kind that was! To end what turned out to be an amazing day, we completed the process and Khaled had pulled out a huge bow and surprised us with having it on our new car that is now our first vehicle for our growing family. I have to say it was by far the best experience my husband or I have ever had at a dealership. If you're interested in a BMW or any other car on their lot, I highly suggest Hoffmans of Waterbury. Everyone I met was just amazing.

Junior was awesome! He was professional, communicative, and very friendly. The entire team at BMW of Waterbury did a great job servicing my car. They also did a full wash and detail inside without me requesting it, which showed me they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Awesome staff. My parents bought a car from here and they said it was the most effortless process ever. The whole thing ended up taking only 1 hour because they were so impressed by the salesman's honesty and attention to detail. Also just went to get my car serviced here for the first time, staff is very neat.
