We purchased our new X5 this past week, and Mike Fadel was our Client Advisor. We had an excellent experience from putting down our deposit to order the car to pickup about 4 weeks later. Mike answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were being taken care of. We would highly recommend Mike and BMW of South Atlanta for your next new BMW purchase.

I had a complete Brake job done in my driveway in about an hour! Wow what a great experience the mechanic (Chris) was very professional and knowledgeable and what time and gas it saved me from having to go to the Dealer and getting my wife to take me and then returning to pickup my vehicle, I would strongly recommend BMW of South Atlanta and at home Service to anyone that lives a busy life or would just like this convenience.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever got any of my cars serviced at. They caused my car to have a drivetrain malfunction as well as made plenty of excuses about it. The service manager here has no idea about customer service, not sure how he is a service manager. Cody was cool who was my service advisor he was possibly the only thing good this dealership had to offer. They had my car for over a week not only messing it up on multiple occasions but they also tried giving the car back to me twice when it wasn't fixed, when I already told them I drove 2 hours to be there. They were using faulty parts according to the service manager. Its like they say they test drive your vehicle but they don't. They had my car for over a week when all I came in for was a routine sparkplug change and a oil change. They tried giving me the car back TWICE when it wasn't fixed and also couldn't offer me a instant refund when I paid for something they broke. If you are thinking of getting your vehicle serviced here don't. Customer service with the Service Manger is non existent. Won't be back.

I can’t say enough positive things about the way BMW of S Atlanta handled my purchase. I showed up with no appointment on the way to look at Gwinnett Lexus for a used RX350. BMW of S ATL had a recent trade in and I met with Admire, a recent new hire sales associate. He and his mentor Kendall and Ken in financing made the process super smooth. I am proud to be Admires first sale of what I hope to be many vehicles for this enthusiastic positive young man. The interaction was super laid back, with no pressure. They asked a fair price and I spent a few hours with them as my financing paperwork was worked out. They offered drinks multiple times and made me as comfortable as possible during the process. There were some hiccups with my trade in (my fault) but they worked with me and were EXTREMELY flexible with my down payment and trade in. They filled up the tank and had the car detailed as I waited. If you are seeking a new/used BMW or another luxury vehicle, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to you.

Tyler was wonderful! He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. We discussed deadlines and a plan to get the repairs done. Chris sent me the video and estimate for additional repairs and and services. Loved the video, because it helped to give me better understanding of what he was referring to. Because of the respectful way in which Tyler worked with me, I am inclined to return to BMW for other repairs. Thank you for your time and service. Appreciate you Tyler and company.

We had an excellent experience with this dealership. Pretty much all of our communications with them leading up to the purchase of the car were via email—they were very responsive and fair with negotiating details of the x5 45e we ordered. The day we picked up our car, we met everyone. John, the sales guy we worked with, was just as genuine and nice in person as he was via email. The process was very efficient and non-pressured with financing and our BMW Genius, Tyler, was great at teaching us all the features of our beautiful car that has been such a pleasure to drive!

Michael Brim of BMW South sold us a 2018 BMW 530i Xdrive. It was the absolute best auto purchasing experience ever. We were greeted at the door and escorted around the showroom floor and lot. We explained our auto needs and Mike delivered. I like the way he made us feel like we were his 1st priority. He was extremely knowledgeable of the stats and ability of each automobile we were interested in. He earned our trust and we felt like we were part of the BMW family. First let me say that from the time I walked into the dealership I was treated amazing. Someone greeted me instantly and immediately began the wonderful Customer Service experience. My sales associate Kendall Tate listened to my concerns on budget as well as getting as much of my wishlist at my price point. My husband and I were able to purchase a very nice vehicle and Kendall made sure it was within our budget. If you are looking for amazing Customer service please hit up Kendall because he definitely will take very good care of you!!
