Just bought my car from Luis this past Friday and to be honest I was definitely worried. I’m up in Sacramento and buying a car when you can’t see it in person is pretty tricky. Luis sent me pictures he was knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions without wait. He and their finance guy Ben were able to get a hell of a deal. Deal was soo good I signed before seeing the car! If you’re looking for a used BMW I highly recommend Luis and everyone over at BMW of San Rafael.
