I purchased a 2022 Toyota GR Supra Premium 3.0 from the local Toyota dealer.  The Toyota dealer told me the Toyota GR Supra shares its platform with BMW Z4 M40i and have the same powertrain.  Basically Toyota GR Supra is a BMW and if you need any upgrades, maintenance and or repairs to the car they are not able to do it.  The local Toyota dealer told me they only get 2 to 3 Toyota GR Supra per year and sorry they will not be able to do any upgrades to the car. This is Meaghan from BMW of Salem.   Meaghan was able to do all the upgrades that I wanted done to my Toyota GR Supra  with absolutely no problem at all. Meaghan gave excellent and outstanding customer service to me. BMW of Salem did all the upgrades that I wanted done at a reasonable and fair price In a timely manner. If you happen to own a Toyota GR Supra and you need any repairs or maintenance done to the car.  I highly recommend to go see Meaghan from BMW of Salem.  Do not waste your time dealing with Toyota. Toyota dealers do not have the technicians the tools are the parts to repair these cars.

Just purchased a used car from BMW of Salem. Wife and I drove from the Seattle area to get a good deal on the car. Michelle, our salesperson was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend working with her if you can. No hard sell. Everyone was very professional and reasonable. What more can you ask for. Our experience at BMW of Salem was extremely positive.

I bought a used car (Mini Cooper) from BMW of Salem during pandemic when all car dealership in WA state were closed. Most of my interaction with Sean was over email and over phone, and Sean was very responsive. I paid some down even before I saw the car as I was nearly 250 miles away. When I finally drove to pick up the car, I was way surprised how efficient the process was. I came out with my car in about 30 mins (15 mins spent in test drive). They had everything ready for me. Certainly, one of my experiences in buying cars, in terms of quality of customer service provided and the quality of the car sold. They are very professional and I loved how pleasant they were to work with I would look forward to work with them in future if I have to buy or replace my car.

The service department is great at BMW salem. The fact I see them so much is the problem. In 1 year of owning a 2018 X1 almost $2,000 in repair. Also be careful with warranties on Customer certified vehicles. The CPO warranty is pretty worthless, just make sure and read it. The maintenance warranty is great though.

They offer curtesy car washing service but it's almost as if they don't want you to come in and request what they offer. The last time I went in this older gentleman sitting at the desk wouldn't even look up at me and when I told him i wanted a curtesy wash, he said there was a 4 hour wait. There wasn't even that many cars in the service area for it to be that long of a wait. I left pretty disappointed at the wait time and also the lack of acknowledgment of my presence.
