We bought a 2022 X3 from BMW Peabody last month. We were in the market for a specific color and options, so we hoped to place an order for a custom build. We had an excellent experience with Ryan! From our first test drive (as we had never driven a BMW before). He took the time to review the basic functions before he let us go for a test drive. He got us an allocation for the build, and our wait time was around six weeks. After placing the order, Ryan kept us posted on the build progress and answered all my wife's questions about the car. On the day of our pickup, he ensured everything was in order. He ran through all the essential and new functions the car was equipped with and made us feel comfortable before driving our X3 out of the dealership. If you are shopping for a BMW around the area. I had an amazing experience with BMW of Peabody. I had been looking at new vehicles for months and my boyfriend was in for an oil change and got connected with Ryan at BMW of Peabody. Ryan mentioned that the vehicle I was interested in was in transit and would be in in approximately two weeks. I went in myself a few days later and Ryan reviewed all of the features in detail and worked out all of the paperwork; it was a seamless experience. It was even better when my vehicle arrived 2 days later (over a week earlier than expected!). Ryan stayed in continuous contact with me to make sure I was aware of every next step in order to pick up my vehicle ASAP. I was able to pick it up today and had the pleasure of meeting Jalen who took about an hour to review (and re-review with me multiple times) all of the features and technology of my new X3 (with great patience - thank you, Jalen!!). This was my first BMW purchase and I had an excellent experience with Ryan and Jalen, I am in love with my new vehicle, and will absolutely continue to work with BMW of Peabody going forward. If you can’t already tell, I would HIGHLY recommend using them for your next vehicle!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car at BMW oh Peabody! The sales person, Luis Mendez was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean facility. It was a very smooth process. I had to drive 1 hour to get there, but it was so worth it!

I bought my second BMW, a new 440 xi from Peabody BMW. I have been very happy with the purchase of my BMW and especially with the overall professionalism of Peabody BMW. Greg, in the service department has been great. I just had my BMW serviced - oil change and detailing. Greg picked up my car (I live in Ipswich) and delivered it back in the afternoon. The car now looks as beautiful as the day that I bought it three and a half years ago. Thanks to all at Peabody BMW.

My First BMW sales experience! Several weeks ago, I randomly stopped in to meet Mr. Bob Jackson, client adviser, BMW Peabody. I was not in a big hurry to buy a car but 325,000 on my car was becoming a stretch. I was told by a previous customer and those who know Bob that he was a class act. We had a small discussion and he showed me a 5 series BMW that was very nice but exceeded the size for the sedan I wanted. Bob was kind enough to forward me a few 2021 228i that fit my needs. A few weeks later the car of my color choice interior and exterior arrived at dealership. Bob was great explaining the Certified and Original warranties with support from managers and staff. He was not high pressure and negotiated a great deal for me to obtain this beautiful 2021 228i Grand Coupe Storm Bay metallic color with oyster/black interior before it was really marketed. Two days later Bob asked me to come down and purchase the car. He has fairly represented both parties and we closed the deal. All support staff he referred me to treated me as a high priority and supported my finance and Ultimate Care plus car suggestions to make both parties achieve a win-win situation. Overall, Bob was a class act and understood his customers concerns. This sale would not have happened without Bob's genuine concern and ability to understand wants and needs of his customer.
