Dennis in sales is amazing! He helped me buy this 2022 M340i from his dealership in Chicago to CT all in 9 days! Super straight forward guy and made sure I knew everything that was going on. Obviously being so far away it wasn't as easy as walking in or visiting locally so any issues that came up he was quick and responsive to getting it fixed and smooth out the process. Chris is one of the best sales that I have ever encountered. My girlfriend and I were in hesitation between three models. Among the 11 sales that I have contacted, he truly stood out. He answered the questions patiently, and never pushed us in anything. We felt very comfortable in the whole process. Moreover, because of him, I had a great impression on BMW Orland park. I normally service my 2018 X4 at BMW Northfields. Of course, I started from there when decided to ordering a new vehicle. In the end, we are willing to spend an extra hour to drive to BMW Orland park.

My wife and I had gotten a flat tire at 7:15 in the evening and needed to get our grandson home that night. We were able to drive to Ziegler Orland BMW where we were graciously met by a staff that was doing everything possible to help us. We were greeted by Paul Kay and a porter who immediately checked the tire and found the tire was indeed flat and unable to be repaired. Paul immediately checked with Joe DiGiovanni to see what could be done for us that evening, Joe worked some amazing magic and was able to give us a loaner . The next morning we we’re immediately contacted and they explained they would have the car fixed by 11:00AM. When we came back to pick up the car we were again amazed by the service we received from Richard Poole, he was very attentive and informative he even introduced us to the BMW Genius Josh Mendoza to set up our profiles, something which our dealership (Bill Jacobs BMW) failed to do for us. While we currently live closer to Bill Jacobs BMW we agreed to have our home dealership changed to Ziegler, and will refer all friends and family to Ziegler. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I love it here! It's never fun to get your car serviced, but the ambiance in Zeigler is unmatched, which makes it a full experience. I'm not sure if it's the fireplace, the Starbucks, the lighting, or the vintage artwork in the men's bathroom that I love the most lol.
