I have to say thank you to to all the employees are BMW of Newton for welcoming me. The employees are very enthused and attentive to the customers request. My buying experience couldn’t have been any better. I flew in from Texas just to purchase a vehicle. During the inspection I found a minor issue… that wasn’t a problem for BMW of Newton! They were more than happy to fix the issue and didn’t charge me an extra dime 👍🏽. That shows they care and stand behind their name and vehicles. But the person I would like to highlight is my salesperson “ANDREW”. He definitely went above and beyond by keeping in touch with me everyday AND during his off-time. He is very transparent and polite. He never was pushy or gave me the “I’m just selling you a car” vibe. In all my car shopping I’ve never met a salesman that’s honest and sincere. I will definitely use Andrew again for another transaction and send him any leads I come across looking to purchase a vehicle. Andrew most definitely has a friend in me. I still keep in contact on holidays and he replies to all his messages promptly (business man). “THANK YOU ANDREW” I wish nothing but success on your journey.

This is the best place to go when car shopping,. After a horrible experience at a dealership in NYC, I had the most pleasant experience with BMW of Newton. When I sent an inquiry on a vehicle I was interested in I was contacted right away and set an appointment. I was able to do the online application and told Andrew what I could put down and he made it happen. I didn't have to spend hours I the dealership, and once I was ready to go pick up my new car Elias&Heather had the car clean and ready to go as well as my paperwork was ready and all I had to do was sign and drive. A big thank you to Andrew, Heather & Elias for being honest, helpful and making my car buying experience amazing.

I purchased a car from him clear across the country in Southern California and he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and made the insanely difficult process of buying a car from a different state as easy as it could be. He made good on every promise he gave me, he didn’t waste my time, was attentive to details, was more than reasonable throughout the whole process.
