My salesman Roy Jenkins did everything beyond my expectations, he was very professional, patient and responsible, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, it's hard for me to say anything else but excellent. He gave me everything I needed to help me. The entire car buying process was unbelievably enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

Just picked up my 2022 X3M 40i and the entire process was so seamless, in and out in 45 mins. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from sales person Bryan Gustie. I ordered this car back in January and he makes the process so easy. Would highly recommend him for anyone considering purchasing or leasing their next BMW.

Saddened and disgusted with the service and dishonesty. The service staff put my brand new 2022 m340 through their brushwash without my permission. Ryan Young (service manager) seemed to take accountability and offered to buff the car To correct the swirling. At first appearance the swirling is removed until you notice the buffer trails / holograms throughout the paint. When confronted, they now claim they never took a buffer to the car… funny, as you can’t remove paint swirling without and they melted my wiper blade with the buffer. High end dealership, I made the unfortunate assumption they offered high end service. Nobody is perfect, and it’s one thing to make a mistake, we all make them.. i would of been a customer for life if they corrected it, but then when they further damaged the car and flat out lied… really pathetic.

At BMW of Fort Washington, I bought a 2020 BMW X5. My salesman, Jake Headley, was a pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable person. Very quick and simple paperwork process. I highly recommend using this location to buy a car!

Let me start by saying if your in the market for a BMW this should be your first and will be your last stop. Bryan was awesome from start to finish. I originally was set to purchase my factory ordered x4 m40i from BMW of Mt. Laurel but after speaking to a salesman there I really did not like the service I was receiving. I pulled my application and reapplied through Ft. Washington with Bryan and was very pleased with my experience using this dealership. I did my build online and went over the build the next day with Bryan when I came in to put down the deposit. He was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I wanted to help me put together the best build. He was great with keeping me aware of what was going on throughout the process. He showed me how to set up an account online to track the cars progress while being built, which is so cool. Sidenote: I went to the factory in Spartanburg and it was awesome to see how the cars are built so as mine was being built I could really envision all the steps. Bryan called me as soon as the vehicle was delivered and we scheduled a pick up day. Pick up day! Super smooth and easy process. Bryan had everything ready and waiting for me when I got there which was a big plus because everyone knows how long you can spend at the dealer. The car was spotless the detail team here is awesome. That leads me to the next amazing team member that also contributed to such a great car buying experience Bill the finance manager. Everyone knows this is probably the most dreadful part of the process but with someone like Bill even this was fun. He’s so personable and truly cares about making sure you have coverage that is tailored to fit your needs. He’s also very knowledgeable, answering every question I threw his way and with that I was able to make an informed decision on how to best protect my new vehicle. I never felt bullied or forced into unnecessary things just to get an upcharge which has been a prior experience of mine. After this Bryan gave me a very thorough overall of the features, helped me set up my bmw app, and set all my personal setting linked to my key. I know this was pretty lengthy and there is a ton more I could say about the whole team here because they really are that great. I’ll close with this there was no better way for me to join the BMW Family then through this dealership and I look forward to a long lasting relationship.
