I recently purchased a new 430i convertible from BMW of Fort Myers. This car is difficult to find but BMW of Fort Myers had one and in the color I wanted! Milan S. with their internet sales dept. was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable. All of my inquiries via email and phone were answered. Having only seen photos of the new 430i, Milan and I agreed that I would drive down and see the car in person on Fri. (I live over 4 hours away). I arrived around 3:30 on Fri. afternoon. After a quick test drive, there was no question I was getting that car! The purchase process was seamless and quick and I was heading home in my beautiful new car by 5:30. Thank you Milan for making my purchase from BMW of Fort Myers one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! If anyone is in the market for a BMW, I would highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a certified used X5 from Patrick back in May of 2021 and I still am pleased with the service we got while there. I was just reminded of how good of service we got when we purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and received the exact opposite. When we arrived in Fort Myers, the vehicle was ready to go, clean, and the purchase experience was very fluid. Even though I didn’t buy a BMW at this dealer, I bought a used Ford Expedition Max that they had on site and it was the greatest dealership I have ever worked with! Joe W was my sales person and he made the car buying process so smooth and hassle-free. Everything was done in such a smooth and timely fashion.
