I bought a brand new 2023 M3 last month and I've waited a full year for it but I think it's worth it this is my dream car. In addition, I am very satisfied and happy with this cooperation with BMW of Dallas, I will definitely continue to cooperate with them in the future because all of them are very nice and help me update the information in the first time. Last week, Ryan Chong, sales, and Carlos Hernandez, finance, assisted me in purchasing a new X7 m60i. I spoke to other BMW and Cadillac dealerships in and outside of Dallas. The treatment I received from Ryan at BMW of Dallas, as the initial and primary point of contact, was extremely different and exceeded my expectations. He made an effort to understand what I wanted to purchase and why and regularly kept in touch. I was expecting to order a car in January but Ryan found an opportunity for me to more quickly get the same (or frankly better) car in December. He moved quickly and, within 24 hours, the car was mine. Carlos is easily the best car loan specialist I’ve met. He took care of getting my loan complete and making sure I have the right warranties. He wasn’t pushy ever but answered all my questions. I genuinely liked working with Ryan and Carlos. I give them both my highest rating and praise. Every part of my experience was excellent. And I am absolutely in love with my new X7.

The manager, the sales associate, and the financial advisor were all very patient and nice! They found ways to help me decide, they provided options, and eventually, we closed the sale.
