My experience included a car purchase and service with a repair. Both were great. John had all of my paperwork prepared and was ready to go with the sale completion while I was waiting for service. He was available beforehand to answer all my questions and I felt comfortable working with him. Chris was absolutely wonderful, pleasant and honest about the repair my car needed. I choose to drive and hour and a half away from home to work with this dealership and don’t regret it for a moment. Thank you!

This was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. Christine Dumas was extremely personable and made us feel very comfortable. I appreciated her honesty, knowledge and welcoming personality. Parnell Pitts was awesome as well. He treated us like family, which made the financial aspect of the process stress-free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Brought my BMW in for a battery and alternator replacement. Giving this dealership 5 stars. My service advisor Ross was ultra professional from the start with me and I could tell he was fighting for my business as we went back and forth negotiating the best price I could get for parts and service. He did a great job following up with me on what my options were as well as the status of my vehicle. When I arrived, Ross was off but a service advisor by the name of Nicholas greeted me and made my experience exceptional with the overall transaction and smiled the whole way through. All in all, they went above and beyond to help and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here and plan to purchase my next BMW from them in the future. Christine Dumas has been patiently waiting on the right 7 series for me and we finally found one. A huge thank you to her, David and Cameron for helping me buy my new ride. Gave me a great deal on a nice ride, but when I asked about a repair on the window that was scratched by their price tags they told me they wouldn't fix it. They were very friendly and helpful up until that point. I was also given a spare key that had been chewed up by a dog...Kind of wish they would have went that extra mile to help their customer by replacing that key and fixing the tint that they had damaged. On a good note I am in love with my car. :)
