I had the BEST experience, I am very satisfied!! Tim Muldoon (client advisor) was amazing and not pushy.. he always went way above and beyond for me. Alex Robbins (General Sales Manager) was magnificent as well. These two went above and beyond any other BMW dealership I went to (three others). They really wanted to make sure I was pleased and found me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had a terrible experience at a different BMW dealership. I quickly called Alex and expressed interest in one of their vehicles. Shortly after that I was driving one home!! I truly don’t believe any of the negative reviews about the dealership. These two guys are a HUGE asset to Premier Companies and deserve this accolade. I will not be wasting time my next car purchase with other dealerships.. I will be contacting Tim and Alex. Can’t forget the excellent BMW Genius that set up/informed me how to use all the cars features. Highly recommend. Thank you all!

Our experience was with James, although everyone we came in contact with was the same way! Not pushy, and very easy to work with, we ended up getting both cars from them! X1 and a 540 very pleased! Definitely recommend!

Ken the sales associate, Alex the Sales Manager, and Rich the Store Manager are a joke. Their approach to customer service is horrible. The arrogance displayed by these three individuals during a potential sale was astounding. They lie about BMW stacking incentives for certified cars. Probably to turn around and pocket the money. Every other BMW dealership in the nation stacks incentives. If you kindly ask the to give a $500 price break since they wouldn't stack incentives they demoralize you. This crew needs removed from BMW of Cape Cod. At one point Rich asked me for a $3000 deposit and when i told him i was at the softball field i would do it tomorrow he told me he wasn't going to sell me a car then. In Rich's bio it states Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal! At BMW of Cape Cod we Pure Price all our vehicles and provide a relaxed, hassle-free environment that allows our customers to achieve the best experience in the automotive industry. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with our customers and community. We are a family owned business and bring those family values to everything we do. They fell way short on this one. This is the second car I have purchased from them!! Space the moment you walk in you are greeted by Bella the most wonderful greeter always has a smile always can answer any question you need she suggested I see Mike in sales and he literally found the car with the exact specifications I wanted within five minutes the price was fair easy experience pleasant! With the bottom line pricing there is no haggling no back-and-forth you know you’re getting the best price and the best service on Cape Cod and beyond! I would go nowhere else to buy a car!

This is the best dealership I have ever used and I buy a new car every couple of years. James Carbonell, my salesperson, was honest and straightforward about addressing my questions and needs in my new BMW. I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership as I was not happy with the greater Boston options. It was well worth the drive. Going forward I will be buying my cars from BMW of Cape Cod. It is how car buying should be.

Got my new X5 today. Alex was awesome & I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. All paperwork was done before I arrived. The Car was ready when I walked in & they walked me through everything. Truly a fantastic experience & would recommend Alex and BMW Cape Cod without reservation.

I was new to buying a luxury car at the tender age of 59, and even with my tears of excitement when picking up my certified pre-owned BMW Xi, they were all so kind and helpful.
