Now I understand why they make you sign several documents that say ‘as is’. When I first came to take a look at a very nice used Honda, you can see the Avalon Honda decal shown in the photo. It wasn’t until a couple weeks after I purchased the car that I noticed the scratches (I guess the rain washed off whatever marker they used to cover it up). So basically it looks like for whatever reason they had to scratch it off and damage it between me viewing it and buying it. And then when I was sent a text message with a video from the salesman showing me the vehicle, the back wasn’t shown. Not very honest, mark, and very unnecessary to damage the back like that. And I was told the brakes were fine but had to get them replaced a month later.

Michael Ramos was spectacular, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and even in this market (late 2022) he was able to put me in something immediately and I couldn’t be happier, he’s got great knowledge of the vehicles he is selling because he spent years prior to being on the sales team in the parts department, he guided me well. The financing department particularly Andy Fedo, was great as well, they were able to get me the best rate in this crazy environment and they really put in the effort to do so! I will be coming back soon to work with Michael and Andy again at Atlantic City BMW!

I purchased my first full sized suv from these guys a Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I was helped by salesman Mike Ramos and he is by far the best and most professional as well as genuinely nice guy I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to car shopping. He was extremely helpful and courteous, from bringing me coffee upon my arrival to allowing a no rush test drive of the vehicle to make sure it was absolutely the vehicle for me. Mike was great in addition to the other staff I met. I highly recommend shopping with BMW Atlantic City and especially with my guy my Mike Ramos, he’s the type of guy after you buy a car from him you’ll want to grab a beer with him too lol… but no seriously check these guys out very legit and very reputable. Some of the best in the business.

Had a great experience today at BMW of AC. The service tech, Bill was incredibly nice and answered all my questions. He handled everything and was available when I called. My car was ready when he promised and in the interim I was given a loaner. Thank you so much! Also I want to thank Dominic for being so sweet! It’s not every day you meet young men like him!

Working with BMW of Atlantic City was an experience of being able to the homework and find the vehicle I was searching for online. Mike Ramos worked very hard on my behalf to accommodate making the trip from Memphis to NC to my family during the 4th of July weekend and then to NJ via airline to make the purchase on that Monday. Thanks to the team I was able to get on the road and head back to Memphis and be home Tuesday afternoon. The highlight of this event was the ride back with my daughter for a father /daughter road trip. Thanks again JLS

This dealership cheapens the BMW brand as a whole. Bad from the start and we've done lots of business with them in the past, so we were very disappointed. Mislead during our purchase about missing features due to chip shortages. When the ordered and already paid for car finally arrived, it had nonfunctioning and missing basic features available in most luxury cars. When we asked the sales staff about it, they said 'We didn't know the touchscreen and the wireless charger didn't work'. Hardly an apology, and they didn't offer any resolution. The staff is unprofessional and only about as knowledgeable as the window stickers on the lot. They have no idea how to do business or treat people, from the sales team to the management. We wanted to possibly trade in or sell our car a few months later to upgrade with them. We thought we had a deal, but the morning they were scheduled to come pick up the car, we got a call saying they couldn't honor the original offer and offered us less over the phone! We sold for more and purchased a new car elsewhere.

I had the absolute best car buying experience here thanks to Mr.Ramos! He was patient with me, not pushy once so ever. I will definitely come back to do business with him for my next car buying experience. Thank you so much!!!!

Very Happy with my service visit! Tania, my service advisor, was awesome!!! She listened to all my concerns and everything was taken care of! She even arranged a same day loaner car when none were available!!! I highly recommend BMW Atlantic City and Tania!!!
