Ok well we all know buying a car is such a hassle and TIME!!! I value my time and well money as well so when the wife decided finally on the new car she wanted I expressed to the sales team we will let them know who won the final choice but I don’t want to sit around for hours for paperwork. Now I was very impressed with a few key things, when we arrived paperwork was ready to go and signed inside of 10 minutes. The time spend which I actually was very impressed with was the walk around and delivery setup of the car!! Great attention to detail and ensuring she knew how everything worked. I also was extremely impressed that without asking they checked all the paperwork and rates and managed to get her a better rate. They also ensured without asking there was a full tank of gas ⛽️. We all know with rates as they are right now that was a HUGE factor in excellence. At the end of it all I went in with a feeling of don’t waste my time and the time they spent was handled with pure care and detail no hurry up and wait or pressure tactics at all. Also a great shout out to chandler our sales rep. Extremely professional and knows his stuff inside and out. If you are debating a BMW be sure to give the team here a chance for once I felt like this is how all car sales should be treated. Don’t tell the wife but was so good has me considering a BMW myself. Hmm. Thinking about this X6 in the pictures.

I ordered my X6 exactly how I wanted. So easy and Levy was wonderful to deal with and actually came in earlier than expected. Finance department was a breeze and didn’t try to oversell me on additional packages that I have had with other car dealerships. I came in late after work and Levy still took the time to make sure I knew features of my new car. Highly recommended!

Josh was a pleasure to work with especially since I was long distance in Texas and wanted a car. He was professional and quick to respond to my text or phone call whenever I needed him. He took detailed pictures and videos as well as updates to my car prepping. The transporter and financing team made this a very smooth and confident transaction for me. I’ve been going to Scottsdale BMW for years. Scott Bilgo is the best. He has put me in a lease every 3 years for the past 9 years. Best experience I’ve ever had, which is why I keep going back. He makes the transactions smooth every time and has the perfect new car waiting for me exactly at my request. Also I’ve always had the best treatment with the service department. Darren (my service advisor) schedules me in and always has a car waiting so I can get in and out over my lunch hours. Every interaction is over the top.
