I cannot underscore enough about my recent highly positive car purchasing experience with Danny Mejia and BMW Fresno. The customer service has been outstanding, I am thrilled with and loving my all-electric BMW i4 e40, and Danny made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!

Just had my first service completed. Ruben was very friendly and knowledgeable from the first call to schedule the appointment. Quick and easy drop off. To my surprise, he called me only 2 hours later and the car was ready! The cherry on top was the service technician Matthew left a hand written note with his card in the console. Great experience.

Had a great experience with Roman, Ahmed and BMW team! In this market it's not easy finding sales people that take their time and hear your needs. I am so excited for my new adventures in my sweet ride!

Poor experience 4 years ago, I thought things get better with time guess I was wrong. Very large check in hand, yet the finance manager didn't want to budge on price. Literally drove to Socal and got the deal I wanted. I was told by a finance manager at another location up north that the Fresno Location likes to do their own thing because they are away from the Bay and LA. I would think twice before buying a vehicle from here. Also a particular salesperson here needs to understand they are a salesman not a owner. If they were as good as they thought they were why haven't you promoted in 4 years? Lastly don't believe the narrative they tell customers that there aren't many vehicles, because if you take a 2 hour driver the other dealerships aren't hurting at all. Unless you want to overpay and be mistreated AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ruben by far is the most respectful and kind associate they have at BMW! I solely love coming here because they go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy and taken care of! 5 stars all day.

Just received my 2023 X6 and it is absolutely beautiful. Radford P has helped both myself and my parents at BMW Fresno. He was always attentive and responsive if I had any questions in regards to my vehicle. Went through bmw financing which was a breeze as well. Ill definitely be coming back for a lesson with their genius, this car is super tech'd out! Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was my delivery date did take longer than expected. My original projected delivery date was 3 months...Almost took 6 months. Radford did keep me updated along the way. Production times have been killer for pretty much everyone.
