The entire team at BMW Cleveland is awesome. Taylor and Marty kept excellent communication while vehicle was in transit from port. Marty let me know of availability for vehicle delivery immediately when the vehicle came off the truck. everything was very transparent and easy from beginning to end. John the finance manager was pleasant and well prepared with the paperwork. Hussain the “BMW Genius” was spectacular and knows more than a person needs to about the vehicle.

I had a great buying experience at BMW Cleveland. From when I first emailed the dealership through their website; Bryan Katic responded very promptly and answered any questions I had. Upon purchase; the finance manager was very up front about pricing and purchasing of any extended warranty/service packages. I did not feel like I was trying to be upsold or ripped off like a regular dealership which I really appreciated. There was a "BMW Genius" who spent an hour just going over the car with me and showing me all the features. Many people at the dealership congratulated me on the purchase. To top it off; the car even came with a big red bow! I hope the service department is just as good as the sales department; will find out in the future. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

From sales guy to finance manager, no one tries to “upsell” something you don’t need – and that in the crazy market today. Oh .. and no ADM either! I happened to deal with Taylor Davis who’s not only a straight-up and god honest person, but also a car enthusiast. First time for me that not a single question left unanswered. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor Davis in purchasing a 2013 BMW M5. Aside from being an enthusiast and BMW aficionado, Taylor was honest and quick to respond to questions before, during (and most importantly) after the transaction. Through my dealings with Taylor, I was confident enough to purchase the car sight unseen. I was also confident enough to entrust him with coordinating all the details to ship the car to my door 800 miles away. When the car arrived at my home, it was exactly as advertised. No surprises. No nonsense. Taylor and the staff of BMW of Cleveland were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
