Honestly, this was the fastest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership ever. I was able to get the total price settled before I went to the dealership and I received a fair value for my trade. Paperwork was easy and quick, no pressure to take any extras and the car was ready to go before I got done signing the paperwork. Manny the salesperson who assisted me was very communicative, knowledgeable and was very transparent with me, which I appreciate above anything else. Definitely recommend them.

They get it. They get you. They get it right. Amy was my salesperson and I absolutely LOVE her. Her energy and Approachable personality draw you in! Purchasing a car here was hands down the easiest, fastest, stress free car purchase I have ever made. Buying a car whether by circumstance or choice can be stressful. Especially with supply chain issues affecting the US. From beginning to end it was an absolute pleasure! The Customer service was amazing. I got the truck that I wanted in less that 2 hours. Amy and the rest of the team checked all the boxes for me. I cant recommend this location enough.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star! I love all my Kia cars and my Sorento is my 3rd from this location. This error came up well over 3 months ago, finally took it in all fixed hour later it was back. Took it back they had it 6 WEEKS, got it back today and the same problem is back! Been on hold with there service department forever and still no help. Finally answered to be told bring it back and they’ll repeat the same process and they don’t have a definite answer to why this keeps happening. Yes, they gave me a rental but I want my new car back. I’m currently getting in touch with that better business bureau to start the process and looking into other avenues for the lemon law. I’m so over this whole thing.

Great services! Great people! Service was fast. Amy was amazing! This was my first purchase and I feel great! Amy listened to our price goals and did her best to meet with us! She made sure everything was good with the car before we left and a day after. Amazing experience!

My salesperson Amy was excellent. She went into detail about the car I was purchasing, answered all my questions, set me up technology wise when I picked my car up. Amy checked in with me a couple of days after leaving with the car to see how I was doing and how I liked the car. I love my Kia Forte 🤗

Fastest Dealership I’ve ever been to, they get you in and out with no problem and will have paper work ready and waiting for you. Amy the greatest salesperson ever. My experience with this dealership was so much greater than I expected. We've all heard the dealership horror stories and as a first time car buyer, I was pretty nervous and worried about if I would be able to get my 2023 Kia Soul. However I worried for nothing because everyone at Bayside Kia made my first experience such a smooth and easy process. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. My sales consultant Manny Sauls was such a genuinely friendly guy, a natural conversationalist, and funny. He was very straight forward, honest in his approach, and worked with me to get a better deal on my car and insurance quote. I was out of the dealership in record time compared to the entire days I've spent with other in dealerships. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants quality service!
