Good dealership, sold my car here and it was an okay experience. Got a fair deal on my car. The only thing that was disappointing is after signing the paperwork, they took 1.5 hours to give me my money via check, they need to understand that everyone’s time is valuable in this world and it needs to be respected. Also, I felt personally that once the paperwork is signed, they didn’t give much importance to me but more to a couple who came in to buy a car, I was still waiting for my check while they were done with their new car purchase, quite disappointing in that regard.

I've had Cadillac vehicles for the past 10+ yrs, however you helping me understand the advantages of owning an Acura vehicle and your clear explanation regarding the broad warranty and protection has made a huge difference and helped me making a bold decision. Outstanding auto services. The service advisor Ben has provided very good information about the importance of my car issues. I really appreciate it for his advise and made the correct decision to fix my car. Good shuttle ride to my workplace during the work hour. Really enjoyed my experience with AutoNation Acura of Stevens Creek. I worked with Al and he was immediately responsive, set up a time for us to come in and test drive some cars, and gave us a really honest and straight forward experience. He answered all of our detailed questions and also provided his insight into which trim/package would be best for our family. He took the time even before we went into financing to determine what, if any, additional warranties/packages might be needed. While it's easy to feel pressured to purchase a car, I felt that Al truly had our best interest in mind and for that reason I would definitely go back and work with him in the future! Also, Jonathan and Nick were great at supporting us through all of the paperwork - giving us a lot of flexibility when running by final documents and dropping off payment, etc. Great place to buy!

We bought a slightly used truck with the assistance of Al, our salesman. He was great. Since this is an Acura dealer and the truck was a Ford, he didn't try to pretend to know everything about the truck. He was honest in explaining that he didn't know much about the truck but would get us answers to our questions. No pressure sales. The price is what you pay, which I felt was fair. The finance manager was a good guy and didn't try to upsell us on any services we didn't need. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences we've had. Much appreciated!

I went to the dealership on August 9, 2022 to inquire about making an appointment to replace the plastic molding around the driver's seat which houses all of the controls for adjusting the seat. I met with Service Representative Rolf Wick and he verified that the parts department had the replacement in stock and was able to give me the price for the part and the labor to install the part. I made an appointment for the next day, August 10, 2002 to have the work done. The next day I arrived at the set time for my appointment and as prearrange I provided transportation to my residence and picked up from my residence by a very professional shuttle drive. When I picked up my vehicle the price quoted before the work was completed was the price I paid when I picked up the vehicle. In addition, my vehicle had been washed without any extra charge. The experience I had was very professional and pleasant.
