I don’t normally write reviews, but this has been an experience. I went to this dealership for the first time May 2022. I dropped my car off for routine servicing, my car was kept for three days. I had a difficult time getting in contact with my service agent for updates through texts and phone calls. I spoke with other team members and nobody bothered to go directly to my service agent; I got: “He’s probably busy” and I was transferred to voicemail. When I got my car back the emergency cash I keep in my car was gone. I informed the service agent and 2 days later when he responded he offered an oil change. One week later I find myself on the side of the road because my road Shield under my car had come unscrewed and was dragging under my car. Form your own opinion about this place but I have not had any positive experiences when it comes to this dealership.

My sale contact was Brad. He allowed this purchase to go smoothly. His knowledge, honesty, communication and integrity were all 5 stars. My purchase was beyond any car purchase I've ever had.

This was my first business with this dealership. I worked with Matt and Ross on the purchase of a 2022 Ford Transit 350 for our growing family. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. I had to drive over 10 hours to trade-in our other minivan and pickup the vehicle and they both stayed late to get me keys that night! That is above and beyond what is expected but I greatly appreciated it! I would definitely buy from them again in the future and would recommend others to do the same.
