When I was considering trading in my current vehicle for something more accommodating for my family, he pointed me to Jade. Jade is THE best sales associate I have worked with to date. He was not pushy, he was patient, and so kind. I am a single mother and was at the dealership for quite some time the day I purchased my new vehicle; Derrick and Jade both made the experience stress free by helping entertain my children while I dealt with paperwork and such. Mike in finance was also amazing. He was forward and honest with me about what I was getting into, what I needed vs what was unnecessary in my particular circumstances. Wow wow wow! My trade in process and sales experience was amazing! This is my first Volkswagen and I'm in love with my Atlas Cross Sport. Jade McDaniel was so patient and let me see so many models. I never felt like I was bothering him and even saw the same model multiple times before choosing the one I bought. Chris Urbina explained everything in finance and answered all my questions. I initially met w Julie and I loved her approach. I told her I would be out of town for a few days and she let me enjoy my vacation before following up. Not pushy and very respectful of my time. I then went back and she wasn't in so I met w Marc. Also a great experience. He answered all my questions and looked out for a great deal for me. I think my only issue was communication, they did a great job on the car, but it would've been nice have been offered the loaner the 1st day instead of waiting until they had the car for 4 days. It felt like I had to make the calls to get the updates, only 1 came as promised, and the person I dealt with was great, but perhaps to busy too keep up with everything. I am happy with the service though, car runs great!

This dealership is great. Ariel Hernandez in the service department is by far the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Extremely friendly very helpful. Ariel went above and beyond. I can't thank him enough. I will definitely be back to this dealership for every service. The technician also did a great job in taking care of my vehicle and ensuring all the issues with my vehicle were resolved. Overall outstanding customer service!
