Just left the dealership and Jimmy is 6 out of 5 stars!! They worked with what I had and were very accommodating. They broke things down and helped me understand fully before I left. If you go anywhere else, you’re missing out on an easy smooth experience. If I could rate 6 I would.

Jimmy and Seth were amazing. Seth was super friendly and Jimmy went way above and beyond to get me into the car I absolutely love. As a young man myself I've had several different types of jobs under my belt. out of all the mangers I've worked for not one compares to Jimmy; Out of the many months working with him I have yet to see someone so passionate, Disciplined, and over all a fun manger to work with. While working here I've witness him work the unopposable become the possible with many car sales. Many can say that Mangers are just after your hard earning money but Jimmy Prater puts that aside to form a true relationships with the customers. Jimmy is defiantly they Manger you would want to work for.

I was very disappointed ☹️ on how they deal with quality work ethic for the customer. I bought a car from them recently not even a week ago I found out the AC is blowing so hot. And I called them to check and look at it. And they said they will as far as the bumper they gonna fix it too coz I have problem which is they said it’s part of the warranty. So after 5 days I took my car from them, I was hoping they fix everything but unfortunately it’s just the bumper they fix but the AC is still blowing hot 🥵. And I called them again to please make it sure this time they gonna check what’s going on the AC why it’s like hell inside. But guess what? They said it’s the refrigerant and now I need to pay out of my pocket for $359. I was very disappointed on how they check there car before they gonna sell it. Not anymore in this company. PS.model car: Honda 2017 it’s only 40,000 miles and it’s not yet even a week with me. I found out the AC is blowing so hot. The tires aren’t good. I gotta remember this day 7/22/2022. Never again!!!!!😫

Mike at service worked as hard as he could to help handle what i needed done, in fact all the workers there mechanics, service manager, and car sales team always making sure i was alright. Mike whom works in service department, hands down gave me one of the best experiences ive ever had when it came to getting my truck worked on and finished. Kept me informed everyday and got my truck done properly. Will be returning soon for other things needed. Highly recommend this dealership Fiat of Melbourne. Some of the best mechanics who know Mopar parts (Dodge), (Fiat), the technicians who work on the vehicles are very knowledgeable made me happy to know I was not being lied to either. These guys are Champs! I was at the doctor across the street and realized a tire was almost flat. I called them and explained my situation and they did not hesitate in having me come right in. Took care of me in minutes, I can not thank them enough. Wonderful service department, saved the day for me!
