Excellent service from the time I got there until I left. They answered all my questions efficiently and completed whatever I needed done to my new used car. They did a multi point check to make sure the car was running perfectly. I will continue to use their services. The place was very nice and accommodating since I had to wait there. I worked in their comfortable waiting room. I was impressed with Rick the service manager. Since I did not know much about the car, he knew all the answers to my questions and put me at ease.

I had the best experience. I brought my car in because I saw a “B12 service due soon message” on my dashboard. I was promptly attended to and my car was quickly taken in for servicing. I was informed my wait time would be approximately 1 hour and that is the exact time I had to wait. The lady who was attending to me was courteous and very professional and I really appreciated that. I was in and out in such a short time that I was able to get home and still spend quality time with my family before going to work later in the day. I am very pleased.

I was assisted at Acura of Peabody this morning by Norm and Dave in my search for a used car. I spent over an hour there and purchased a beautiful car with their help. Both men answered every question, with a keen knowledge of their product, took ample time with me on a test drive and went through all of the paperwork with me explaining every detail. The experience was a really positive one and I feel like I have been welcomed into their business family. I highly recommend Acura of Peabody if you are looking for a beautiful car.

Had a great experience here, a professional staff that generally look to help. Had the car brought in, they set me up with a loaner, worked with my insurance company and had me on my way quickly. I experienced a sudden dead car. I suspected a dead battery but the towing service could not jump the battery. So I arranged a tow to the local Acura dealer in Peabody since I was out of town and away from my normal dealership. Rick Oshkosh was the service advisor who contacted me. I was very impressed with his frequent updates. Starting with letting me know my car got there, when they’d look at it and how long it might take. He did all he could to put me at ease especially since i was 30 miles away. Despite their full schedule, they were able to diagnose the problem (dead battery) and address it. They also must have given my car yhe once over because they also spotted a burnt out tail light on the hatch. Within 24 hours my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Impressive work especially since I was an out of town customer. I would not hesitate to do further business with this dealership given the quality of their service team. Especially Rick.

I had a tire issue and was able to make to Acura of Peabody. The Car receivers were super Professional, The tire needed to be replaced. Holly was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had the paperwork ready to sign and I was taken care of by 30 Minutes. Then I asked a salesman to pair my new phone to my car. I had a great experience shopping for a new car at Acura of Peabody. The first time I walked in I was welcomed by a very friendly gentleman, Steven. He was professional and knowledgable and no pressure. The car I wanted had been sold, but he called me the best day with another that I went in to test drive. I bought it. The sale was easy.
