Had an excellent buying experience here. Everyone was friendly, honest and helpful. Dan and Justin were particularly great to deal with. It really does seem like a family owned shop and they seemed very concerned with maintaining a positive reputation which took a lot of anxiety out of my buying experience. I would definitely buy an Acura from Acura of Ocean again.

I was very satisfied with the service I received Thursday, 7/28. The service rep, Alex, was very helpful and explained the work that was reguired on my car. Evelyn is the same pleasant person every time I bring my car in for service. I have been a Acura customer since 1990 and have never had any issues with the work done on my car. Our salesman Mark was great. We also dealt with The manager Dan when mark was off. And Justin our finance guy was amazing and no pressure. Also the posted price, (which dealers now don’t even post ) was the price. No adjustments or no sense. I appreciate the up front transparency. Would recommend over any other Acura dealer

My salesman was Sal Gentile , Ocean Acura,he was helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve been to multiple dealers and just became exhausted looking for a car. I called Sal and he was able to walk me through the entire car purchasing process from begin to end. I got the best price. I arrived without an appointment at 3:00 after my dashboard lit up warning me of an electrical brake and emissions problems. I fully expected to be told it was too late in the day for them to look at my car but they immediately checked it, ordered the needed part and assured me my car was safe to drive until the replacement part arrives. This was done at no charge since my car is still under warranty. I even received a free car wash! Everyone was very gracious and helpful.
