Started the process of looking into a new MDX and got connected to Dan based on all the great reviews here. That was less than a week ago and today I drove out with my brand new car. Overall I'm very happy with my car buying experience. The market is not the most forgiving right now, so very limited deals/discounts available but Dan still managed to take a bit off the overall price (loyalty + more). I can't say enough about this guy: He's genuine, honest, customer oriented, friendly, professional, detailed, informative, and just a really great salesperson. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt pressure to buy or rushed into making a decision. Best part is that I only had to go in once and stayed less than 2 hours to give my bank check, sign paperwork and finalize everything. Dan even picked me up from my home to make the process easier which was a huge help and very appreciated. Lastly, Dan was very detailed and thorough in showing me the features of the car and guided me step by step on each feature/aspect of the car. Highly recommend connecting with Dan if you're in the market for a new Acura. Annaliese was the finance manager . She is also good at her job and got me to agree to items that I had no intention of purchasing, however in return she did get me a lower interest rate and the same monthly payment I originally agreed to, which is appreciated. Was awesome worked with me on the bottom line pricing, it was a little higher than I wanted to pay, he got it down to the price I was comfortable with, no pressure tactics, just a pleasurable buying experience.
