Great dealership and great service from the staff here! When it comes to buying a car, let's be honest - it's no fun having to visit dealerships and play the games of price negotiation, upsells, and the hassle. At least at Acura of Escondido the staff were willing to talk honestly and directly about pricing, accommodating my requests, and they didn't have any of the silly "market adjustment" charges that many other dealers have been doing lately. Another key highlight was the guys here actually know the cars and their features, as well as the brand history. That sounds like an obvious thing, but you'd be surprised how many dealerships I've been to where the sales guys don't even know as much as I do about the cars! I live in San Diego so this dealership is about 30 minutes further away than some others, but I have been impressed enough that I'll try to visit them for service and other needs in the future.

Ken is very knowledgeable about the car and would spend time to go over the in and out of the entire car and would get us the best pricing. You can definitely feel he really love the cars he sell. The entire team at acura escondido was very accommodating and would stay after hours to ensure we get the car we like. Definitely would recommend this dealer for future purchase.

Working with Ken Knight made my out of state purchase of my dream car of the MDX Type S a breeze. Initially, I was looking for a specific color combination in the MDX A-SPEC and was trying to avoid the ridiculous “market adjustment” markups that my local dealerships were using. From start to finish, Ken has been the consummate professional. He corresponded with me for several weeks prior to my purchase and has continued to follow up to make sure that I am truly satisfied. Acura of Escondido always amazes me. I was greeted by Jose a very professional and respectful young man. He immediately called the mechanic to my car at the drive in area. The service technician got to work immediately ,on my car ,and within 1/2 hour he was finished. The whole visit was professional and quick. Much thanks to the crew .

By far the best experience I’ve had with any dealership. They took the time to speak and actually worked with me to make a deal that was beneficial to both parties. They were willing to lower there car a little to make up the difference on my trade in. Went to another Acura dealership in Temecula and they didn’t even try. If I purchase another Acura it will be here again

The best car buying experience ever! I loved working with Ken! Very reasonable and straightforward and also someone who loves to talk about cars! Took longer to close the deal because I had a trade but they stayed late till I finished all paperwork! Will definitely recommend doing business with them and definitely ask for Ken!
