This was the easiest car buying experience ever. Done in a week while the car was traveling to the dealership. Erica Casey took care of everything. They gave me exactly what they quoted after reviewing pics of my trade and no markup or mandatory dealer accessories. I only got the accessories I ordered 2 days before pick up and they were installed before I got there. Never thought I would drive 4 hours to a dealer to buy a car but it was so worth it.

Purchased a used car. All is well and fine with the sales rep moving at the speed of light to close the deal. But the preparation and detailing of the car were a huge disappointment. They promised it would be cleaned and detailed engine and all. What a disappointment this level of service truly was. See posted photos so you can see what we got. Photos are just the engine compartment. Sad Update 5/10/2022: GM Tony addressed and made things right. I appreciate his commitment and hands-on to ensuring the vehicle issues were addressed. The engine bay was better than what it was. New windshield wipers, Trunks switch replaced and a passenger bottom engine shield plate reinstalled. Thanks, Tony. Update May 17, 2022:🤦🏽‍♂️ Ok here is a new issue with the car. Drove into my job parking lot and heard a loud noise and scrapping screeching like something dragging. I checked to see if I ran over something only to see the front bottom metal/ Aluminum engine plate cover hanging off and twisted. Unfreaking believable. See photo. Looks like a fastener or two is missing. 🤔 Update 5/24/2022: Acura of Berlin took care of the lower engine skid plate. Thanks again for your service. Looks good.

I bought new Acura MDX 2023 from this dealer. Pleasure to work with Erica Casey from Acura Berlin. I was back and forth between a certified vs new Car. She helped me in finding the right car and made the whole deal very seamless. She has good knowledge on the features between different trims. I could not able to negotiate much on the price but that is how it is pretty much everywhere in current auto industry.

Coming up on a year (Sept) that I purchased my 2019 MDX. Not a single problem with my vehicle! My buying experience was great too. No haggling or numbers playing. Just had the oil changed and felt it necessary after this visit to say that the experience was the best it could be. They're service team is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I purchased my vehicle out of state. The vehicle was ultimately for my wife but as you know its tough to cut out time to shop for cars.
