Although the next appointment was not until two days later, Jon was able to give me an estimate that day and do the work the following day. Harry Levy of AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley was very courteous and considerate during our latest service on our RLX. He encouraged us to drop off the vehicle Friday evening to ensure it would be serviced during their Saturday hours. He promised it would be available by 1 pm and actually had everything done by 10 am Saturday. He also took the time to review the multi-point inspection report to ensure we knew the results. Very pleased with his attentive customer service.

It all started from cargurus…Rob responding quickly to my inquiry. Took me a couple day to decide , then I revived notification the car had sold, reached back out to Rob and he told me the car was still there , he set me up with Dennis!
