In 1996 ford discontinuous its bronco but now it is announced that bronco is coming again in the market with same wildness and upgraded. It will be available in the market in spring 2021 and booking for this is already open. Let’s take a look at specifications:

The off-road SUV will be available in 2-door and 4-door models; built like the old one body on frame construction and having slight curves for modern times and the entire modern tech under its hood. All models are available in 10 different body colors. The 4-door models are having standard cloth soft-top roof and an option for modular hardtop or dual roof and 2-door models are having standard three sections removable roof. The doors are easily removable and 4-door models make it easy to store and on-board them.

Departure and Breakover 

Bronco is capable of handling sharp drops and steep inclines with an available departure angle of 37.2- degree and 29-degree breakover angle and a 43.2-degree approach angle also available.

Ground Clearance

With 11.6 inches ground clearance Bronco will stay clear of sharp rocks and obstacles.

Water Fording

Bronco has capability of up to 33.5 inches.

Engine

Standard:

2.3L EcoBoost 4-cylinder expected to deliver 270 horsepower and 310 LB-FT of torque.

Available:

2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine expected to produce 310 horsepower and 400 LB-FT of torque.

Both the engines with be paired with 7-speed manual transmission or 10-speed automatic transmission.

Safety technology

A 360-degree camera system with bird’s-eye and front views is accessible, and Ford’s Co-Pilot360 driver suite of driver aids offers blind-spot monitoring and automatic emergency braking, but not adaptive cruise control.

Models

Base model (The Essential Bronco) It has standard 4×4, easily removable doors and optional 35-inch tires in Sasquatch Package. It has all the essential features and is ready for customization and personalization. It is starting at $28,500.

Big Bend (Mainstream Off-Roading) with all features of the base model it has some standard comfort features i.e. leather-wrapped steering wheels, heated seats, aluminium wheels, a power inverter and remote start. It is starting at $33,385.

Black Diamond ( Adventure Off-Roading) has a standard rear-locking differential, steel front and rear bumpers, rock rails, heavy-duty skid plates and seven G.O.A.T (Goes Over any Type of Terrain) modes. It is starting at $36,050.

Outer Banks (Off-Roading in Style) has standard 18-inch gloss black-painted aluminium alloy wheels, LED headlamps and tail lamps, body-colour fender flares and powder-coated tube steps. Available 12-inch LCD touchscreen and B&O sound system. It is starting at $38,955.

Badlands (Extreme Off-Roading) has standard Bilstein position-sensitive monotube shocks, stabilizer bar disconnect and front and rear locking. From a sparse vinyl interior to a leather technology all are available. It is starting at $ 42,095.

Wildtrak (High-Speed Off-Roading) has standard Sasquatch package that includes 35-ich tires around 17-ich Beadlock-capable wheels, front and rear locking differentials, Bilstein position-sensitive monotube shocks and standard 2.7L twin-turbocharged V6 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission. In its exterior, it has black grille and wheels, black-painted hardtop and unique hood graphics. It is starting at $48,875.

First Edition is built for those who were eagerly waiting for Bronco as it was announced in 2017 that bronco will come in the market again. This edition has is made up of a combination of all models. It has mechanicals of Badlands, the interior of Outer banks and exterior of Wildtrak. Only 3,500 pieces are being manufactured and all already booked. It is starting at $ 59,350.

Bronco Sport

Bronco Sport is also coming by late this year. It is a less truck-like compact SUV i.e. Crossover. According to ford bronco sport also has off-road capabilities. It has seating for 5 persons. It will be powered by a 1.5L EcoBoost engine expected to deliver 181 horsepower and 190 LB-FT of torque or a 2.0L EcoBoost projected with 245 horsepower and 275 LB-FT of torque. Both engines will be paired with 8-speed automatic transmission. It has standard 4×4, Twin-clutch rear drive unit, five G.O.A.T modes and available Trail Control. It offers cargo space of 65.2 cubic feet i.e. best-in-class.

The Bronco Sport is available in four different models and each model available in 10 different body colors.

The first edition for Bronco Sport is also available starting from $38,500. It has the capability of Badlands and styling of Outer banks. This is a limited edition only 2000 being manufactured.
